Business Intelligence as a Service: an entire sector's data foundation, built and maintained once, and served by subscription to the members of the association that opens it.
A BIapp is not a dashboard, a template, or one company's report under another name. It is a sector-wide, subscribable data product: the foundation no single company can afford alone.
The client's own: their ERP, their CRM, their plant.
Third-party: public, trade-association, and regulatory data of the sector.
How is my operation doing?
How is my market doing, and where do I stand within it?
The trade association funds the development once, and from there the product is available to its whole community. Because a sector's foundation is the same for all of its players, a single adoption reaches many subscribers: that way the rigor does not drop when the entry price does.
What it contributes Funds the development of its sector's BIapp, contributes the association's knowledge, and opens the door to its members.
What it gets A service of its own for the community, the view of what that community produces, and a share in the subscription its members pay.
What it contributes Builds, governs, and maintains the foundation: source ingestion, harmonization, model, vocabulary, and data updates.
What it gets A product that stays alive: the subscription sustains its maintenance and its evolution, version after version.
What it contributes The subscription, at a price a small business can pay.
What it gets Their sector's data foundation, maintained and with shared definitions, and the view of where they stand against the rest.
For the association it is a new service for its members that also returns to it. For the member it is sector data they would not have on their own.
The family determines the product's grain, its sources, and how it is read. The third one is what the association reads about itself.
How are the prices and variables that set my margin moving?
Who it is for Whoever buys, sells, or hedges commodities.
Where do I stand against the rest of my sector?
Who it is for Management and board of a company in the sector.
What is my community of members producing, and what can I report about it?
Who it is for The trade association, and whoever funds it.
Every indicator arrives with its definition anchored to the point where it appears, not in an appendix at the end. Two companies with two definitions of “margin” are comparing nothing, and sector data without a definition produces arguments instead of decisions. That shared vocabulary is what makes an association's figure defensible.
Public, trade-association, and regulatory sources harmonized: geography, calendar, units, and codes. It is not a file for the member to fix.
Each one's position within the sector's cloud, and the one-to-one comparison against a peer.
The data updates without anyone at the association having to do a thing.
What is already built and paid for is not paid for twice: whoever moves up to the second step arrives with the sector's harmonization, geography, calendar, and vocabulary already settled.
The sector's data foundation, governed and maintained, by subscription.
The member's data joined to the sector benchmark, in their own governed environment.
Supervised agents acting on that foundation, with human criterion in the decisions.
The ladder delivers capability, not dependence. What a person decides and what an agent executes is defined with you, and the criterion stays with you.
With the status of each one, without announcing what is not a product yet.
International raw and white sugar prices, exchange rate, tariffs, route logistics cost, and local wholesale price, on a single time axis. That composition is what determines a mill's real margin.
Providers' financial statements and quality indicators, on a single master record. Today these are two separate worlds, and neither lets you see yourself against peers on both axes at once.
The ranking of a region's companies by revenue, with a three-level sector classification, margin, and share of the sector.
We are working on new sectors with the same pattern. When one is ready as a product, it shows up here with its status, and not before.
Tell us who you bring together and which decisions your community cannot make today for lack of data. We will tell you whether a BIapp already exists for that sector, or what it would take to build it.
