The challenge
Our operation was spread across SharePoint, Dynamics, and scattered tools. To liberate others with criterion, we first had to liberate ourselves: organize the work in one place and delegate it to agents under human supervision.
The solution
CepoBIA SuperApp: a single internal application that brings together the organization's fronts, with Claude agents operating under human criterion.

Status
Under construction. The foundation (Wave 0) is already deployed in the development environment, with corporate authentication and the platform's base. The remaining modules are released in waves.
The tripartite stack
Azure Static Web Apps, Container Apps, Azure SQL, and Cosmos; identity with Entra ID.
Agents with the Claude API, with a human in the loop (HITL) by default.
As an internal tool, the SuperApp operates today as body + brain; the Face vertex (Meta, with the end user) activates when a module opens an external channel.
The difference
We practice what we offer: the liberation method is tested at home first. What we learn liberating ourselves becomes product and infrastructure to liberate our clients.
