Retail Sector Success Story
General Context.
STF Group is the Colombian company that applies the latest fashion trends in garments designed especially for the silhouette of the sophisticated, stylish Latin woman. With 4 brands (ELA, STF, Top One, and STF Man) and more than 300 stores across Colombia and the Latin American market, STF is one of the leading companies in terms of fashion.
Challenge.
The company's senior management has identified the need to integrate sensitive business information into a 360° perspective that allows it to obtain, quickly and efficiently, the current status of each store, comprising: Sales, Profitability, Inventory, Installed Capacity, Expenses, P&L, Commissions, and Budget Execution. Although this status can currently be obtained by cross-referencing information from the ERP and various non-centralized satellite data sources, the response times are not the most efficient for the business.
From data to action.
CepoBIA applied its value chain —from data to action— to the challenge of seeing each store's status in 360°: from data scattered across the ERP and satellite sources (IT domain) to real-time decisions about the operation (Business domain).
