Healthcare Sector Success Story
General Context.
GO Ecosystem DH —the trade name of Operador Clínico S.A.S., its legal name— is a digital health ecosystem that integrates technology, platforms, and specialized software to optimize medical care across clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions (IPS), with the purpose of transforming healthcare by combining technology, efficiency, and humanity. Its network spans more than 13 clinics in Colombia's main cities —Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Pereira, Manizales, and Armenia, among others—, with corporate headquarters in Cali.
Challenge.
From the executive leadership comes the initiative to develop a robust and scalable architecture to centralize the information from all clinics nationwide into a single reliable source of information, enabling a holistic view of the business in a fast and dependable way.
From data to action.
CepoBIA applied its value chain —from data to action— to centralize the information of more than 13 clinics into a single source of truth: from data scattered across HIS, satellite applications, and Excel (IT domain) to real-time clinical and financial decisions (Business domain).
